AUBURN, Wash. - November 6, 2009 - Col. Anthony Wright announced the grout curtain in the abutment to the dam has vastly reduced the chance of flooding downstream on the Green River. According to the Col. the grout curtain by itself decreases the chance of flooding to 1 in 25. AUBURN, Wash. – November 6, 2009 - The City of Auburn Emergency Management Office, in conjunction the White River Valley Citizen Corps Council and the Valley Regional Fire Authority, will offer a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training course to area residents.
